Our History
In 2016, Vintage Cooperative of Beaverdale opened when 72 members took residence in our newly finished building, and began the duties of owning and operating a 54-unit senior living community. Since then, we have been living together and growing into what is now a beautiful, vital community of ages 62+ seniors living cooperatively and thriving in the heart of Beaverdale.
